Since 2017, Simon from HansenSprint has worked closely with athletes from many different sports. Sprinters, footballers, American footballers, handball players, bobsledders, and athletes from other sports have all developed their speed, skills, power, explosiveness, and love for this kind of training. The minimum length of the training program is four weeks, and the maximum is six months/26 weeks. You can pick the length of the training program here on the website. Once you've made the purchase, we’ll contact you via the email you provided at checkout (so make sure this is correct!). Then, we'll have our initial email consultation about your goals and expectations for the training program. Depending on the length of the training program, it will be ready to go within 3 - 10 business days. Once you've received the program, Simon will be available for sparring, where he’ll help you through the training. See him as your personal sprint coach during this time. In addition, you will also gain access to our online exercise library.
