Advanced 100m Sprint Training Program
Welcome to the HansenSprint 100m Advanced Sprint Training Program – a cornerstone of our revolutionary three-tier sprint training system. Tailored for athletes with sprint training experience eager to elevate their speed and performance, this program is designed to take you to the next level.
The program is 16 weeks long with five weekly workout days, including three sprinting/running sessions with distinct focus points and two weight training sessions. Our periodized training includes off-season and in-season workouts, incorporating essential elements for top-speed performance, acceleration work, plyometrics, specialized intervals, hill training, speed endurance, speed work, and more. With video materials linked to all exercises and workouts to visualize each movement before you take it on.

Anyone can use this training program. However, this advanced program is specifically tailored to sprinters with a couple of seasons of experience with sprint training and who are ready to take their training and performances to the next level to smash their personal bests. Performance-wise, this training program is made for sprinters with personal bests between 10.75 and 11.65 for men and between 11.75 and 12.65 for women. This is the clear next step if you’ve completed the beginner versions without problems. However, all athletes can use the program regardless of level.
